Delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

We will email you to let you know when your parcel has been dispatched.

You have the right to cancel your order. We will cancel the order for you and stop shipment where we can. If the order has already been processed and shipped please return it to us using the standard returns procedure.

If, however you change your mind for any reason you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be unworn (except for the purpose of trying on) be unwashed and in the original packaging.

Please note any delivery charges (international and express delivery) and returns delivery charges are unfortunately non-refundable.



1. Fill in the Returns Form contained within your delivery include your Order Number (LON****) or Name or send dispatch note with Return Form.

2. Pack and Return the products (enclosing Returns Form in your parcel) within 15 days of delivery.

Please return to us at Shapes of London, Unit 21 Merchant Drive, Mead Lane, Hertford, SG13 7AY, UK . We recommend you obtain proof of posting as insurance against loss in the post. 

Returns will usually be processed in 5 working days from receipt, please allow another 3 working days for funds to be transferred back by the method you paid with.



All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace or refund the garment at your preference. Please contact us at with your faulty item description immediately upon receiving your parcel, and if possible include a photo of the fault so we can resolve this as fast as possible for you!



Unfortunately, our system doesn’t easily allow for exchanges. In the event of wanting to exchange; please return your garment for a full refund by following the RETURNS & REFUNDS process above and place a new order in the usual way via MY BAG and CHECKOUT (we recommend you place your new order as soon as you can while items are still in stock on the website).


Many of our products have limited availability and unfortunately can't be restocked. Please bear this in mind and place your order early to avoid disappointment.
